Thai citizens planning a touristic trip to Oman should read the following requirements carefully before applying for a visa.

It is crucial that the Thai passport with which you apply is valid at both the time of visa application and valid for at least 6 months upon your date of entry to Oman.
Nationals from countries such as Thailand are eligible for Oman visa application at present. However, other nationalities should check the eligibility for entry to Oman.

Oman Visit eVisa Approval Process for Thai Citizens

The entire process of applying and receiving a Oman travel visa comprises of:

Receiving your approved Oman visa by email
The Ministry of the State of Oman will determine the status of your eVisa and whether your visa application complies with the regulations. In the case that you have met the visa requirements (see above) and are from a country eligible for Oman visa application, your visa will be approved and you will be notified by email.

Upon receiving an approved Oman travel visa, Thai citizens traveling to Oman should:

Print off their approved Oman travel visa
Keep their Thai passport on their person with their visa at all times
Carry any other necessary documentation
Your Oman eVisa and Thai passport should be presented together at Oman border control. It is also advised that you carry both of these documents on your person throughout your journey in Oman.

Oman eVisa Validity

Thai citizens traveling on a Oman tourist visa are able to stay in Oman for a period of 30 days maximum. The Oman eVisa is a single entry visa and therefore cannot be used more than once. It cannot be renewed and instead, Thai citizens who wish to cross the border will have to apply for a new Oman tourist visa.
