The Oman eVisa is an electronic travel authorization which travellers can obtain through an Oman visa online application. Visitors to Oman can apply for Oman Visa online to enter and travel around the country.
The eVisa Oman system was created to simplify the Oman visa application process, making it easier and faster for travellers to apply.
Those eligible to apply for a Oman eVisa are required to complete the online Oman visa application form by entering their personal information including their full name, date of birth, nationality, address, and passport number. The information provided must be correct and applicants need to have a valid passport which is valid for at least six months from the arrival date.
The Oman online visa is a single and multiple entry visa which allows travelers to enter Oman for touristic purposes for a maximum stay validity of thirty (30) days. Travellers cannot use the visa to enter Oman more than once. Once the validity period has expired, the eVisa becomes invalid and can no longer be used to enter Oman.
Once the applicant has filled their Oman visa online application, all eVisa notifications and information are sent via email.
To be eligible to apply for a Oman eVisa, applicants are required to be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed below. Permanent residents of GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE) can also obtain a visa online. GCC nationals can enter Oman visa-free.
To complete the eVisa for Oman online application, applicants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining from the date of arrival and a valid email address.
Those residing in GCC countries may also be required to provide a scanned copy of their GCC residency document.
Once a Oman visa online application has been approved, the eVisa is sent to the applicant by email. Upon arrival in Oman, eVisa holders are required to present their Oman eVisa and their passport to the border authorities. Visitors should keep a printed copy of their eVisa at all times during their stay.
GCC residents entering Oman with an eVisa may be asked to show their GCC residence document on arrival.
Citizens from the countries g1 countries are eligible to apply for an eVisa for Oman. Please note that travelers with residency in the GCC countries (Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE) can apply for an eVisa regardless of their nationality.
Regardless of your nationality, if you reside in a GCC country, you are eligible to apply for a travel eVisa to Oman. You must hold a residency permit in order to be able to get your Oman eVisa online and it must be valid for at least 6 more months on the day of your arrival in Oman.
