Kuwaiti residents can conveniently apply for an Oman visa online without needing to visit an embassy. The eVisa system allows foreign residents in Kuwait, including citizens of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan, Germany, France, and others, to submit their applications digitally.
Since 2018, the Omani government has offered a streamlined online visa process for eligible applicants. All GCC residents, including those in Kuwait, must have a valid visa to enter Oman. If you have a valid GCC residence card, you can easily apply for an Oman visa from Kuwait.

If you reside in Kuwait and possess a GCC resident card, you are eligible to apply for the Oman eVisa. This includes citizens from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and many other countries, as long as they hold valid GCC residency.
Applications can be submitted from anywhere using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
All foreign nationals living in GCC countries are generally eligible to apply for an Oman eVisa.

In addition to residency status, applicants may need to meet profession-based eligibility criteria (for certain visa types). This applies to the 28-day GCC Visa category where your profession and documents are subject to approval.
