Visitors to Oman should acquire a Visit visa Oman before travelling to the Oman, Sultnate of Oman police said. ROP Said to travellers kindly requests all visitors requiring visas traveling to Oman obtain their e-Visas online before travel.

Travellers need to visit the online government portal or any Visa agency to upload their passport copy and photograph and pay Oman visit Visa fee for unsponsored tourist visitor visa.
Royal Oman Police said On arrival visas will be given out as an "exception to the rule".
Applications can be made for an unsponsored or sponsored tourist visa, Oman tourist visa for GCC residents.
The e-Visa process can take up to 48 working hours to complete, but it is free for visitors coming from Dubai and Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait.
Passports should be valid for at least six months before entering the Oman.
If Visitors are a GCC resident: They can travel using a GCC Resident Tourist Visit Visa if you are the main traveller with an approved profession, or Visa Type 29B if you are the companion of the main traveller.
If you do not have a residency in GCC, tourist must apply for the Dubai and Oman Joint Visa through one of the Oman’s embassy offices or tourist travel agency like Musafirevisa.
Once Your e-Visa approved you can enter through the airport or Hatta border post.
